Corsair XMS2 8GB (4x2GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 TwinX Dual Channel
Noctua NH-U12P cooler

then i can sell my parks in my pc at the moment.to recoup some of the expense,
Will my current 520w psu be able to handle this system/

PSU will be fine.

Whether its a good deal or not depends on what you use the computer for, if you're not hitting 100% load on both cores regularly, or running out of ram, you wont see any improvement at all. Video encoding times will halve, and if it stops you paging to a hard drive performance will go up in other areas as well.

If you've made it this far on 2gb you probably don't want 8, so can sell 2x2gb of the corsair on as well.

I prefer your abit mobo to the asus. Get 2 more gig of ram & the q6600 job done. (imho)
