If you had the choice of upgrading an ATI x1950 XTX graphics card upto an 8800 GTS for five pounds would you take the leap?

Also what PSU would an 8800 GTS + Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 + 250 GB hard drive + 2 gb RAM need roughly?
