hello so im a small youtuber in need of a computer to run programs such as camtasia, sony vegas pro, photoshop cs5, and my elgato game capture software. the main reason i want this computer is to edit and render videos quickly. so my big question is will it render 10 minute videos in under half hour? or at least render it quickly. also the only game i wish to play on it is minecraft would that run on it?

That would do you just fine buddy, adding a keyboard and mouse wont take it over £500. If you need a monitor that will add around £100 to the total
