Is Vista SP2 out?

Just popped up on windows updated, selected it, downloaded around 200+MB, installed, reset and it still reads as SP1.

What happened?

It's only out on Technet Plus (subscription based) at the minute. That and has been released to manufacturers. Usually another month before available to all with a further month for it show on Windows Updates. That's the rough estimates I've seen for their releases. Don't quote me though

Nevermind, just checked history and infact was for office, Doh!.

Ive installed Vista SP2 final release and seem it running smooth also some wee bit extra speed as well.
