Is WiFi antennae an extra?

I have just been building up a PC, based on Gigabyte X670E Aorus Master
This has WiFi 6e …. But when putting together I found no WiFi Antennae included with the Motherboard.
It has the nice shiny brass connectors on rear panel … but nothing to connect to it.
Is the Antennae a separate purchase ?

Was it bought new? I've not had a GB wifi board but on Asus and msi ones they have always come with an angled black plastic thingy which then connects to both via a 1m wire.

No, in the unboxing video I checked it is under the motherboard tray.

I had lifted motherboard tray out, didn’t lift the under tray .. was there.

But yes do use it even if it's tucked out of sight it will help a lot with signal strength, and can also affect Bluetooth signal strength too if used.
