Is your Tesla rusty?

I’ve had loads of cars and I’ve never seen interior rust ever...despite replacing whole interiors in the past etc.
I’ve only seen it twice. Once on a 1994 Corsa on the seat rails, even though they were coated either in black paint or a black plastic dip. And once again on a 1991 Fiat Uno, which was that poorly built the speedo was unreadable as it had a 5-10mph “bounce” during normal operation, so the rust was probably on the components before the car was assembled.

I have a 25 year old Corrado. I've not seen any internal rust even when stripping out the whole interior (although I'm dreading a windscreen chance as apparently they all rust there!)

There’s no unpainted/uncontested metal in that area or any area I’ve noticed on my Duster.

Somewhat concerning when a budget car made in Romania from mainly Renault parts is built to a highly quality standard than a Tesla.

Even my 10 yr old SEAT Ibiza (as far as I've seen) doesn't have any bare metal inside and I've stripped the backseats right out a few times now. (Damn drunks being sick in my car)

It wouldn't stop me having a model 3 though :D

Maybe this is because they try to keep the weight down to increase battery life? Even paint weighs something and small details add up.
