I am looking at ordering 2 isdn 2e lines with 4 combined channels for voice. I need 10 DDI's to go over the four channels. It is for a Cisco SRST gateway. Someone at BT mentioned Auxillary isdn 2e lines for combining channels. Does anyone know what i ask BT for?

We've got a similar setup at work, 2 phsical lines with 4 channels total and 3 MSN/DDI numbers, which are available from each of the channels / lines. No idea what method was used for ordering it but as I understand it it's a fairly normal setup for a BT ISDN 2e install.
