Does ISDN still work?

What, other than an ISDN TA/PCI Card and appropriate ISP do I need to make it work?

This is for use in an office environment, using my existing telephone line - BB is not an option, and I suppose the office lines are too noisy for dialup because the performance using it is dreadful.

ISDN is still avail, they rip you off for it tho

AFAIK you can go with any Dial up ISP that supports 64k and 128k, which most of them do, once you have the line in of course which is done via BT (DOH)
