Unfortunately is not Germany that faces the music at the end.
Already today Germany loaded 2000 unwanted refugees, and sent them to Greece....
Over a plan to send anyone they do not want to their point of entrance in the EU. (estimated 200,000)
Which unfortunately is Greece, because it cannot let the people become shark food at the eastern Aegean.
Welcome to the EU where you're no longer a country, just a cog in a machine.

Welcome to the EU where you're no longer a country, just a cog in a machine.

Welcome to Sussex, no longer a self-sufficient county, just a cog in London's perennial power.

Or Welcome to the UK, no longer able to do anything without the US breathing down it's neck since 1945, just a cog in Saudi Foreign policy.

I can play this game all night, there are so many daft things in history to choose from.

Arrogance is a losers game, as we saw when the Americans rogered us at Suez, at least the EU is a neighboring power who we've had a long and extraordinary history with, yet we have to play with the megablox because we got scared and ran from our own colonial child.

/lol

Sometimes you have to make a sacrifice to be a bigger player, Greece, Italy and Spain all appear to have the same political problems even without the influx of immigrants, all seemingly defective governments well before any outside influence, perhaps there's an interior problem plaguing Southern Italy well before exterior ones are an issue?

If Greece wants to rid itself of it's issues, maybe it should just do so, i mean why should they be scared of a little retribution?

Just as things had calmed down

Just the calm before the storm...

Strangely enough the place they are saying it is going to be staged as happening access to is pretty locked down on one side by Syrian, Iranian and Russian forces and on the other Turkey - but apparently it is going to be carried out by specialist British PMCs... I guess all that R&D on invisibility cloaks and teleporters finally paid off.

Well i mean not to downplay the situation, but special forces can blend in very well, all you need is a beard and a local garment and seemingly no one cares.

I mean to be fair, Ukrainian and Russian are practically identical languages if we're talking about Crimea, it's probably rather negligible in terms of training in comparison to having to learn Arabic and having a tan that's acceptable.

Ere why would a secret team of special forces going to plant a false flag chemical weapon attack want to talk to anyone about it :p

But sensibly, I assume they do what every side there does and jist pay a translator.

But funny how when its British "pmcs" planting thid chemical weapon all they need is a beard and a local garment but when it might be Russian they suddenly need the language and a "tan"

When did i imply anything of the sort?

I was just saying it was possible considering the multitude of operations in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq (more obviously, but we don't get to know), I'm saying they need blend in all manners as well, not sure how you got that i was describing two groups of requirements for infiltration.

I'm sure there's plenty of Southern Russians with a Tan who aren't potentially Islamist cells that can achieve a similar level of camouflage into Arab society, i'm just saying the West have been doing it rather successfully for longer.

Personally, I don't think there are British or even American guys running around doing false flag attacks.

While it's true we do have SF units over there and they dress and blend in, but, I doubt it's them doing these false flag attacks, I personally don't think so.

That said, it's possible we have some sort of logistical role in it like we do with the white helmet terrorists, but like above, I doubt it.

If false flag attacks are happening, it's the different terrorist/rebel groups in Syria who are doing it, they got all the reason to do it, they losing every battle (they lost the war) and if can successfully pull it off, they get us providing air support for them.

Anyway, time will tell! Rumours that Idlib Dawn Operation is very close to start, so maybe something will happen, maybe it won't, we all should know very soon!

Is it me or have things gone a bit too quiet on the Idlib front?

Also a lot of reports from different places that Russia is pulling old tank stock out of reserve and moving them towards port facilities on the East coast of the Black Sea with no obvious clues as to their intention. (Unclear if they are destined for Syria, Ukraine or potentially to support the blockade of Ukraine shipping in that area in the event of or to dissuade retaliation).

Given the talk of imminent assault on Idlib, only thing I can think of is the UN's de Mistura's call for (more) humanitarian corridors to be set up before anything happens. But that's a reason out there in the public domain, and the real reason may be private.

Leader of the Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, was allegedly assassinated on Friday. Moscow has blamed Kiev. Kiev has denied being responsible. May or may not have something to do with that.

Air base in Damascus just got hit (unless arms depot went off accidentally). Could be an Israeli strike again according to initial Syrian reports. Doesn't seem at all like the larger FUKUS strikes we've been warned might happen (yet).

At this point in the south things were moving at pace now it feels like no one wants to be the one to light the match.

These tank movements started before the assassination so either it was Russian provocation and they just don't care if it is connected to them or it is something else/not directly connected to the assassination.

Unconfirmed reports that "someone" (probably Israel) just tried (and seemingly failed) to headshot the Syrian military leadership and possibly political - its unclear who was amongst those targetted.

Hardly surprising, the war didn't go the way Israel wanted it to (Saudi Arabia as well, though i'm not exactly sure what they want in any circumstance) and they're taking whatever chance they can get to deal with their bugbears in the region.

The failure however is obviously going to force a few hands to play.

Is it me or have things gone a bit too quiet on the Idlib front?

The Idlib offensive is rumoured to start this month, I heard dates like the 9th or the 10th, but who really knows?

Most things I seen is just more military convoys moving to the front lines, more tanks on flatbeds, more logistics trains of trucks carrying ammo etc.

Videos and pictures like here.

There is a lot of diplomatic efforts from Turkey between Russia and Syria to try to stop the offensive from happening, depending on what you believe on why Turkey invaded northern Syria, they don't want to give up their buffer between Syria and their own borders or to stop a flood of refugees entering their country or the simple fact they just want to annex what they have.

People are saying they holding onto Idlib as a card to play, maybe they are willing to give Syria other parts of country they control like Afrin or parts of the greater Idlib county.

Russia is demanding that the terrorists in Idlib to be removed, be it by military force or disarmed, we talking about groups like HTS, THD and TIP. (Tahir al-Sham, Guardians of Religion Organization and Turkistan Islamic Party in Syria).

The last deadline was the 4th which has changed to the 10th, so the offensive could start then if the talks fail again.

It's definitely getting close to something happening with the rumours of a false flag chemical attack happening soon and then Americans issuing threats if an other attack happened that they would strike back with targets already prepared with the letter clearly being propaganda, am sure they had a list prepared a very long time ago.

We also have to remember that the Russian navy has sent more ships to Syria, they are currently conducting a naval exercise that is going to last to the 8th.

This is the area they are conducting their navel exercise, it's a big one, about 26 ships (I also heard there is a Submarine from China taking part too) plus 30 aircraft, bombers and fighters and everything you expect.

Many are assuming that the exercise is a show of force and is acting as a soft block to prevent any NATO nation conducting military action against Syria, if you notice, Cyprus is surrounded by the no flight zones there are large gaps clearly, but would you want to fly between them when there is a large Russian military force firing missiles all around? My personal opinion anyway.

They also just delivered a large supply of new equipment and vehicles to the SAA.

US Navy has a new destroyer in the area too with a new supply of Tomahawks.
