Islanders chilled out puzzle game.

Bought a game called Islanders earlier from Steam it's on offer for under a fiver. It's like a chilled out puzzle game with relaxing music. You have to populate an island. Not something I'd usually go for but enjoying it so far.

It does look good but I'm not sure how you actually play it. When you plonk something down, what determines how many points you get? Is it proximity to something else? Is it what the actual building is?

its what its next to you get points for it being close to certain things and also points deducted if you place it next to something it shouldn't be near

Hmm, well I'll check it out. Can't go wrong for £4.31 really. May as well triple dip on Flower whilst I'm at it.

Hmm...well you can. It's described as a chill out game etc, but in reality there's little depth or fun to be had. It's a mobile game.

I had a quick dabble and you summed it up perfectly, a mobile game. Very simple and playable but I got bored quite quickly but if it was on my phone I'd pop in and out playing it.

I bought this morning and have been playing in half hour bursts. It's just the right length of time. Can be quite tricky when you get more advanced as structures have a negative value. But it's a nice little game.
