Ok, here's my issues.

I'm currently with Utility Warehouse, and to be fair, they've been fine, if not a little expensive. £28 a month for Broadband and phone (I never use the phone, I don't even have one as I have a mobile). Unlimited, not capped, and get around 7mb (I think I paid for 10mb).

I'm pretty sure I can get this cheaper, if not least because I don't need the phone part of the package, but obviously understand I need the line

No VM in my area btw.

The other issue is, BT don't know anything about this line, so if I wanted to go with Be, I'd have to get a BT line put in (although there's a line here, they'd probably just take ownership of it).

Does anyone know about that process?

With line rental and then the cost of BB with someone like Be, will I actually get it cheaper?

Depends what package you get. It will more than likely be faster with ADSL2+, but not necessarily cheaper.
