ISP info ?

Hi All I am due to change my isp to either of these ADSL24 or TitanADSL they are both Enta resellers ,so am i right in thinking whichever one i choose i will get the same service in terms of speeds etc ,and all that will be different will be customer support ?

If there resellers there is a chance that they will have they own equipment in the BT exchanges. If however they purely act on behalf of Enta then the answer to your question is most likely yes.

I used to own Adsl24 but parted with it due to no time to run a company and work for a living.

Adsl24 is a reseller, they only use a website to advertise Entanets services but provide support out of there own pockets which they dont have to do because Entanet provides the support if needed.

Adsl24 has come a long way and I would recommend them due to the fact that they are the No1 Entanet reseller and bend over backwards to provide a great service. They do not own, manage equipment or have any equipment in any exchange but they can handle the billing themselves if they so wish, but this is another type of reseller account that Entanet provides.

All billing etc is handled direct by Entanet and Adsl24 do not get involved with customers accounts etc but act as a middle man. This is also the same for other resellers of Entanet apart from Aquiss whom handle everything in house.
