ISP Migration

I have migrated form Eclipse to Zen, it is supposed to be activated at some point today but I have a few questions I cant find answers to. I wonder if you chaps could help?

Will my contract with Eclipse automatically be cancelled since I have used the MAC code they supplied?

Eclipse charged me for a months service on the 8th Nov, I clearly havent had a month will they reimberse the difference?

I hope Zen are sound, I can't deal with doing this migration business again what a pain in the butt. Thanks people.

Well according to the salesman i spoke to at eclipse last week the months advance would be reembursed when you leave as i also left on the 10th november and again i also got a bill for a month in advance on the 6th depite them knowing i was going.
Just hope he was right and not another one of eclipses support telling porkys as they have done in the past

Once the migration has taken place, ring or email the previous ISP confirming the migration has happened. Funnily enough my migration to zen went through this morning, so I emailed UKFSN to confirm it. You may get a credit note from eclipse for previous unused allowance.
