ISP move today when to change router?

Hi, I am moving from Plusnet to SKY LLU service today, at what point should I swap the routers over, will the current service just stop being able to access the net? Or will it be as simple as plugging the new one it and it connecting right away?

There will probably be a downtime. The service should just stop working once it's switched as either the pap/chap credentials will become invalid on the new service or the static IP you're currently running will no longer be able to reach it's default gateway.

Yep as above, at some point the internet will stop working, thats the point the changeover has happened and thats when to swap over the router / details if you are keeping the same router.

Thanks, got home from work and net down, plugged new router in and back again, only 4mb at the moment but estimated between 10-20 meg so happy day hopefully.
