So with no true "unlimited bandwidth" ISP's around really, what ISP has the most download cap? Offers the best speeds (ADSL) best fair usage policy etc..?

i use Giganews anyway and thats what i use to get my "Linux Distro's" so as long as the ISP is good with them then so be it
