ISP Recommendations

Hi everyone,

I'm currently in the process of looking for a new cheaper ISP for my parents. Their exchange is NSOMD and currently have an Eclipse package which has a 1 month contract so they can leave whenever they would like. They would be considered light to medium users (general web-browsing, checking emails etc) so the package doesn't have to have a huge monthly usage allowance.

So, based on the above exchange, what ISPs and packages would you all recommend?

Thanks in advance,

James

EDIT: 1 month rolling contract would be preferrable but not essential.

How much is "cheaper", and how much do they actually transfer a month (Eclipse should be able to give some measure of this)?

I take it thats £18 a month for just the ISP. If they have Sky TV already go for Sky broadband at £10, if not BE value at £13.50 will save a few pennies.

Fast.co.uk , the best ISP I have EVER used and I have used a fair few. Stunning Customer service and support and they have a very close relationship with BT.

Give them a look.
