ISP refusing to issue MAC

My ISP (Titan ADSL) seem to be deliberatly holding back my MAC code, its been over a week and a half since i requested it.

How do i proceed with getting it?

I've already contacted trading standards who were not helpful at all.

have you trie emailing them on their sales address as i normally get a response when i have a question support email i find take aroun 2 hours to get a response.

I'm in constant contact with them and i was one of there first customers 3-4 years ago, but since they've moved to OBit, i've just had so many problems for weeks and i cant be doing with it anymore.

I didn't know ofcom was bigger then trading standards, thanks for the tip.
