There's dozens of ISP/broadband review sites out there, but there's one specific one I'm trying to find. It was dark blue, if I recall correctly, and had an excellent user feedback section. It'd show you, in a popup window, all the reviews of each ISP that'd been posted, and was obviously being gamed by some ISPs who'd post their own fake glowing reports for weeks on end... but they were always easy to spot. This is why I liked it.
It had rankings for all the ISPs and showed them in order. I think it was quite a narrow looking design too.
It also had a bunch of technical info and details of interleaving and such too, I think, aswell as info on what different types of network there were in the UK.
If anyone knows what this could be, I'll love you forever. Thanks!
