Hi,
I have couple years old build (July 2019). Not playing so much now days due to lack of time, but I had some spare cash and decided to add additional 1TB m.2 ssd to it.
All arrived this morning and I pulled a cpu with the heat sink 2 pins got slightly bent but I got them straight and all went back to the slot as it should. Removed a graphics card to slot new m.2 drive in and.... When booting up nothing in the screen, looks like bios is not even loading. There's a power to the graphics card so I thing I ******* up my CPU or cpu slot on my motherboard.

So now I'm thinking I have to upgrade something I'm thinking about new motherboard + cpu.

What I have now is

Msi b450 mortar motherboard (that's ******* me off as I have to run old bios as when flashing to newer version it freezes and restarts PC quote often and on old one I can't control speed of fans in the case and PC is always loud) - so I would want to change it for something better anyways

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Team Group Vulcan T-Force 2x8GB DDR4 3000MHz dual chanel kit

CoolerMaster 650W Bronze power supply

Scythe SCMG-5PCGH Mugen 5 "PCGH Edition" CPU Cooler

MSI GeForce RTX 2070 Super Gaming X Trio 8192MB PCI-Express Graphics Card

Corsair Force MP510 series 960GB NVMe PCIe M.2 Solid State Drive

Recently 'added' - Samsung 980 1 TB PCIe 3.0 (up to 3.500 MB/s) NVMe M.2 Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-V8V1T0BW)

And some too small case that need upgrading.
(Aerocool QS-240 Micro-ATX Case)

I would like to ask for recommendation for new motherboard and that would be better than my existing one + new CPU that's better than my existing one and new case without too many lights etc (don't care how it looks ideally want something black that doesn't stand out too much and isn't too massive, but my current one I had to cut a slot inside to fit my graphics card in)

In the future I would like to upgrade graphics card + add some more ram and do some gaming when will get some more time, but at the moment I'm not playing at all so graphics card can stay.

Thank you for in advance!

Things have moved on from AM4, so I'd suggest you look at a 7500F bundle, though that would require new RAM.
Yeah it looks like very good option!
What ram would you recommend to go with this bundle?

EXPO 5600 C36 or better, preferably on the motherboard's QVL. Around £90-£130 for 32GB, depending on the speed.
Thanks for your help! I will get them ordered. One more question. Is there a point getting 64gb of ram or it would be an overkill and 32 is plenty enough for occasional gaming?
