Wondering if anyone has come across this issue before or can offer any ideas?

- Apple wireless bluetooth keyboard
- Works fine when paired with iPad
- Not working with Thinkpad X220 (Win7)

I can add the keyboard fine via printer/devices, i.e. the pairing process works (entering pin). Keyboard is added to device list but then immediately greyed out.

If I right click the keyboard > bluetooth services, this page is blank.

I've upgraded the bluetooth adapter drivers on the x220 to the latest version. I've checked power management settings etc.

Aside from getting a cheap bluetooth usb adapter, I'm not sure what to try next!

More info:

- Keyboard keeps on blinking as if its still in discovery mode after Windows has added the device
- Keyboard does not show up in device manager as either KB, unknown device or BT device

Suspects this is going to be one of those head scratches that does not get resolved.

It's a pig of an install but I got it to work a while ago by downloading the bootcamp drivers.

Well - you definitely got me on the right trail.

I downloaded the entire 500MB bootcamp driver pack - reinstalled the broadcom bluetooth adapter using the Apple drivers, rebooted, and its working!

The KB Bluetooth services tab now has "HID bluetooth keyboard" available, where as before it was blank.
