So, in November of last year I purchased a computer from Overclockers and it worked fine until yesterday when some sort of power outage fried something inside of it and now I can't get through to the support team since the line is down.
I'm not sure if I need to fill out a part returns form or not. There's a three year warranty on it, but I've never done a return on a computer before so I'm unsure how to proceed exactly. Which is where the support would come in. I bought insurance with it, and I went ahead and contacted my insurance to file a claim. They want an invoice and apparently the one sent to me by Overclockers was not sufficient and they want me to contact OCUK for a more appropriate one... which I cannot.
I couldn't find an Overclockers email address which was unusual, so hopefully someone will see this and point me in the right direction.
