Im not sure if this is the correct place to post so feel free to move.
I have just recently bought myself a new laptop for travelling with work and gaming, i went with the MSI GE75. (MSI GE75 NVIDIA RTX 2080 Super, 16GB, 17.3" 240hz FHD, i7-10875H Gaming Laptop)
Its a pretty good machine apart from one issue ive found so far so maybe you technical people can help me out.
Im trying to connect my blue tooth Bose QC2 to use them without a cable, they seem to connect but 50% of the time the sound is so distorted you cant make anything out and the the other half the time the laptop either crashes or freezes when you try to unpair for example or there is no sound.
Ive tried uninstalling the driver for the blue tooth and reinstalling but its made no difference.
The headphones work perfectly with the cable and bluetooth on every other device i have.
Any suggestions? Its a shame as the laptop wasnt cheap!
