Issue with EK VGA Supremacy

hi guys,

I dont quite understand why but there seems to be a problem with my waterblock and new graphics card.

Originally the block was on my GTX 570 Phantom and worked fine but when i tried it on my new EVGA SC 660TI the picture kept cutting out after a minute or two from boot up. The card works fine with its original cooler but not the water block.

I checked the EK site for compatibility and it says it is compatible.

Any thoughts

Is the block actually touching the chip? Sounds like its overheating.

As far as i can tell it was. The most annoying thing about all this is that the only reason i wanted a better card was so that i could use a full vga block in my setup as at the time the ek configurator showed they wouldnt be doing one but i just found out that they have lol

Im wondering because of it being a more powerful card that it is overheating due to the fact that the VRM and RAM chips aren't being passively cooled
