Issue with gtx 1070, Help please!

Use MSI Afterburner and to be honest if you want you may as well max out the temp target and power target and let nvidias GPU boost automatically overclock your card as much as it can so you get the most out of the card. GPUs are very resistant to heat and anyone who tells you it's dangerous to run them above for instance 80C is a fool. Nvidia wouldn't advertise them as safe up to 97c if they weren't.
