Issue with mini itX z390 build! Help

hey I have been building my sons Xmas present.
Which is a h200i NZXT case
Asus Rog z390 MB
NZXT kraken52
2x 8GB gskill trident rgb

So rig works fine however I have no space to fit the second strip of ddr4. Does any one have any options. To me I need to look for a new board or change the water cooler. Issue I have is there brand new and I can’t see anyone taking them back

What exactly is stopping the ram from going in ? Did you not fit the ram before putting the board into the case ?
