Issue with my Xbox 360 (incorrect screen colours)

Hi,

My Jasper 360 has suddenly started having a problem. When I load it up all the colours are a shade of pink. Is there anything worth trying to sort the problem out or is this a dead console? I have already tried using vga and hdmi inputs to my tv to rule out the tv/cabling.

What cable are you using ? HDMI to HDMI ? Or VGA to HDMI ?

VGA to VGA and I have also tried HDMI to HDMI.

HDMI is a digital signal.

If its not your TV the only conclusion can be its that your xbox is bust. New graphics card (well chip in the xbox 360's case) required

This happened to mine and then kept doing E74 errors with one red light flashing.

May be a silly question, but have you tried something else on the TV?

My parents HDTV kept giving a red\pink colour, and it was the TV at fault.

Not had any errors yet, will try again to see if I can get any.

TV is all fine, been using the htpc on it no problems.
