Just powered on my new PC, which is fab - and dead silent - and had W10 preinstalled by OCUK, and it comes up with a login screen for Administrator, and a message:

'Your account has been disabled, please see system administrator'
I can't sign in when clicking on that, just comes up with that message again.

It lets me reboot, then passes the admin lock screen, but on the desktop, System Preparation Tool 3.14 pops up. With the option to run 'Enter system OOBE'?

This keeps popping up when rebooted. Any advice on what to do would be appreciated!

(PS Not sure if this is the right place to post this query, apologies if not).

Enter System OOBE means it will seal the PC to give you the "Out Of The Box Experience". This is where you turn the PC on for the first time and you input your username etc and go through the set up. To me it looks like that hasn't been done (sealing back to OOBE).

Either way let OCUK know and they will help.
