I am having an major pain with Outlook 2010 in a Citrix Environment. The issue is that for just one folder, in this case the inbox I am unable to set the columns. It's only effecting just the one folder in one mailbox.
Things I have tried:
Non have worked. There are other users have also have access to this mailbox and run the same Citrix environment yet they have change their headers and columns with out issue.
I have attached a screenshot to show how it is on the left for the folder in question and how it is for all others.

- Removing and re-adding the mailbox
- Running with the /resetnavpane switch
- Created a new Outlook Profile
