Built the following for a teenager and all was well until he started playing games! The machine would suddenly reboot after 90 minutes-2 hours.
Prime95 showed up errors and Memtest86 failed. Contacted Overclockers Support.
I swapped the memory with my flightsim machine (TeamGroup Xtreem 32GB (2X16GB) DDR5 PC5-48000C30 6000MHz).
Both sets ran Memtest perfectly for 12 hours. Since buying the 6200Mhz sticks I'm now aware that 6000Mhz is the 'sweet spot'.

I would like to lower the frequency to 6000. I have turned DOCP off and set the frequency to 6000 and set the timings to the default 38-38-38-78.
All seems to be OK and I'm currently running MemTest64. Was this the correct method?
Of course the big test will be when he starts gaming with it!

That guide is exactly what I need, even if to just educate myself. Thank you - and to Tetras for his advice.
I started running Prime95 but three workers failed at around the 25 minute mark. So I applied DOCP and just changed the frequency to 6000.
It's now been running for over 2 hours! But I'll have a look at the guide anyway.
What I didn't do which I regret is running Prime95 when I had the other set of 6000 memory installed. If this Prime95 session fails I will do that next

Prime95 has run without any errors for over 17 hours!
So enabling DOCP clearly helped.
Thanks everyone. Of course , the proof will be when he starts playing his games.
