Issue with windows 7 Back up

Hi Guys,

Having a bit of an issue with windows back up, i am trying to change the setting on my windows back up, I.e choose where and what to back up however when i go to save settings and exit i get this error message....

" The Function attempted to use a name taht is reserved for use by another transaction. (0x80071A90)"

Can anyone help me fix this issue?

More of a workaround but just use the free version of Macrium reflect which is much better anyway

I'll definitely give that program a try thanks, if anyone else knows how i can fix the above issue that would be great thanks.
