Issue with z axis on my P1S

Hi I have a Bambu lab P1S when I do self test my printer makes strange noise when it get to floor of printer and after sum times of going up and down it stops and when useing the controlls to send bed up by 10 each time when it gets about middle it makes a beep like sound and stop sooner than should and the error code I get when doing self test is 0x3004000

All ready did that just means z axis is stuck can't find any thing in way

Literally had this the other day.

there was a narrow 2-3mm purge block that got stuck betwnn the base and side encolsure literally couldnt feel it only realised when there was a bulge in side panel
