For the last week or so I've had loads of issues streaming videos from YouTube. Before, I've been able to watch videos on full 1080p quality without an issue, but now I can barely watch on 360p without it buffering every few seconds. I don't remember doing anything specific which would have caused the change.
It's not my computer, as the same thing happens on my laptop. It's not the browser because it happens on IE as well as Chrome. My internet speed is otherwise fine, getting 18-20mbps on Internet Speed Test, and other video sites are fine playing HD video.
I have 20mb broadband from Virgin, would they be throttling my connection to YouTube for some reason? Any advice appreciated.
