Issues switching between 1 and 2 monitors

Hi,
I run two monitors most of the time but also use one of them for my xbox. ATM I've just got the 1 monitor connected to the PC and windows are opening as if they'd be on the second monitor so i can't see them!

does anybody know how to fix this and reset the window positions? I've tried Ccleaner but it doesn't work

Go to Display properties -> Settings
Click on the 2nd monitor and untick the "Extend my windows desktop onto this monitor" option

its not ticked cose i disabled that display!
