Issues with 13.1 drivers for ATI users

My Gpu has suddenly dropped to only using around 40% of full power after updating my drivers to 13.1

However looks like some kind of work around for now

Hopefully get people back to full power.

I'm using 12.6 on my 7970s. They seem stable, which is a rare thing for AMD drivers :/

anything more recent than 12.10 gave me the same issue with my 5770. Posted in this forum about it. Glad to say my upgrade to a 7950 solved the problem.

But to make good use of my new found power I've gone over to MW@H.
