Hi,

Swapped my sons PC out of his existing case into a be quiet! Shadow Base 800 FX White as the existing one was to small for his new 4090.

Since changing it over and powering up the pump on the AIO works as should but the fans will not spin. I can get them the fans to run but moving the wire from the hub onto the other side of the radiator assemble.

The cooler is - Corsair Hydro Series iCUE Link H150i RGB Performance Liquid CPU Cooler - 360mm (CW-9061003-WW).

PC posts fine but with the fans on the radiator not working starts to overheat after around 5 minutes.

Any ideas?

Thank you

Hi Micky,

Thanks for the reply, no RGB from the fans, pump lights up as should and runs. Even when plugged in on the opposite side (where they do run) there are no lights.

Recheck you've got power from the PSU cable to the hub by either changing cable, plugging it into a different port on the PSU.

Hang on they do run from the other side side hmm so your getting some power ?

Yes the fans work if I plug it into the opposite side of the outlet on the radiator housing. I tried swapping the pcie cable with one of the gfx card feeds for testing same issue.

Thanks Micky, ill give Corsair an email and see if they have any ideas as I'm a bit lost now.

Just an update, I have sent a support ticket to Corsair and waiting to hear back, after abit more troubleshooting - if I plug the cable from the system hub direct into the fans (with the 135mm cable disconnected) they run with RGB lighting but the pump does not connected like this.
I have swapped the system hub with the one from my PC as we have a similar set up and again the fans do not run - although works fine both pump and fans with lighting in my PC

Update - all up and running there is a faulty cable that runs from the distribution to the fans.
