Apparently a parcel I have been expecting has been stuck on the van for two days with delivery given as the 5th of July. Since it is nearly impossible to speak to anybody in person at these depots I contacted the retailer to get them to chase things up only to be told they are having the same problem in getting the depot to respond. Hermes head office are having the same problem as they have attempted to contact the depot without much success. Are Hermes usually this inept/ bad?
