issues with cpu overheating

This is my pc spec having problems with the proccessor overheating, whilst just browsing the internet it sits about 55-70 degrees and under full load 70-90 whilst playing games and has to shut down, i was wondering if it was a new heatsink i need? im near certain it is but if it is what one shall i get not to sure about heatsinks i have an Antec Nine Hundred case with a huge ass graphics card beside it,,,,

The CPU overheating is mainly due to the dust present in the cooler fan. It slows the work done by the fan. For this you can clean your computer or simply remove the dust present in the cpu with the help of brush for every week. This helps the cooler fan to work properly and bring the airflow the inside part of the CPU. If the airflow is good to your cpu then there will be no overheating will occur.
 
its a standard cooler on the processor and have read they are no good for under heavy loads, also will try the thermal paste and cleaning it, cleaned it before but didnt really make a difference to the temperatures
