issues with MSI G-45 Z787 MB

Hi All

I seem to be having issues with the MSI Z787-45 Gaming motherboard

its supposed to be good for over clocking but if i change anything it just crashes

Anybody else having issues??

plus trying to remove GPU from the PCI-E slots is super difficult as the clips to hold it in get stuck!!

Is there a function called "oc genie" in the BIOS or a button on the board? if you apply this does it work.

You are using a "K" CPU?
