IT call out charges?

You charge £60 an Hour.

The problem may take less then 30 mins to fix so...

Travel is what? 1 hour? charge £50 for travel and £60 for the repair.

2 hours Travel? £100 and £60 repair..

As a small IT company, we charge £65+VAT per hour, evenings rises to £75 and weekends it goes up to £100 per hour. Bank holidays is £150

this - minimum to be honest - they should not be expecting less

I don't have a call out fee (unless it is a fair distance away) but always charge a minimum of one hour. For London I'd expect this to be £60-75.
