I couldn't justify BMW prices either, but I still paid the £80 for my exhaust trims. The standard exhaust pipe just looked so horrid.

I think that's just the shadow (or the are dirty), they are supposed to be chrome.

I prefer the standard ones I think.

So they are, I'm a fan of a more thin walled stainless look so the tips look rather chunky to me.

Just under £40 in the end from america. £70ish from my local dealer :rolleyes:

It's a small detail and its worth a bit of money if you like it. Do they do de-tango'd rear clusters? That would be a worthwhile mod imo. Also, why the change of number plate from the first pic? And why not straight?

Yeah they do and it looks a million times better so I'm just keeping an eye out for them.

Number plate was changed for an MOT as the first plates didn't have the garage name on them, so I had to rush putting them on one morning. I'll sort it out this week now hadn't noticed before!

Yep. Mine had a chrome one on before too. Looked good from the side but from behind looked a little bit thin for my liking. Especially with all the modern BMW's around with the chunky pipes I thought I'd get one to make myself feel less inferior.
