It says I need cookies enabled but they are!

Would have thought this'd be better in the Windows and Software forum but what the hey.

I've had problems before with cookies not being accepted and I found that when both IE and FF weren't accepting cookies but they were set to then my firewall was interfering and that there was a setting in the firewall somewhere about cookies. Find it and change it and hopefully that will sort it out for you.

ahhh, you see the problem here is that you should be going to a biking site. Rambling only leads to "bike envy" when you see all the other people fly past you on bikes.

I had the same problem with firefox trying to use BA's web site.
What you need to do is select the option "Allow sites to set cookies" and then go into the exceptions option and add the web site your trying to access

that should do it.

Also sometimes it might just be down to the browser. Try and get into IE and do it that way.

edit - sorry i'll remember to read the whole post properly... :o

The fact that both IE and FF are having problems with the site's cookies suggest to me that it has to be something they both have in common. It could either be a firewall setting related to cookies or it could possibly be the IE cookie settings. I can't remember if the settings for IE affect FF as well.

I think you might be right there but at least walking doesn't mash up the countryside like bikes do :p
