Ive just started a new job working for a small company supporting the servers/users. Its been a while since ive been in the industry and have been trying to remember some of the tools I used.

What tools do you use that you daily to make you like a lot easier?

Ive come across HP Jetadmin for printers which im really impressed with for saving time.

UBCD4WIN ... Best boot CD you'll ever have, and it'll save you so many times!
Acronis/Ghost on a USB stick handy too!
