Italy Supreme Court: Public Masturbation made legal

It seems they have removed the criminal sentencing portion. Italy all cases work differently, there is a criminal sentences, and then a secondary 'fine'.
In a murder trail or any trail, you are punished but also have to provide recompense to the victim.
I think the 'fine' still applies.

The article stated he should have to pay a fine between two amounts.
Very odd laws.
 
Clearly intended to encourage all the ******* to change their mind about Brexit.

Brings a whole new meanng to the term freedom of movement.

I kid you not, and I can't remember which oil platform it was, but one of the oil platforms in North Sea had to issue a memo to all the guys on board not to masturbate in the showers because it was clogging up the pipe work.
