World of Warcraft was the first game I played to have the above item gradings back in 2005/6. I wasn't aware of any other game using that exact colour order until this year 2020.

The Bard's Tale 4. It's an offline role playing game and the items are graded the same as WoW.

Now I started playing HD Poker. It's multi-player online Texas Hold 'Em but not online gambling as it's with play money. Chests drop randomly during a poker round and you win it if you win that hand. Like in WoW, it contains money and drops and the items are again graded the same as WoW.

Did Blizzard patent this system for so many years and now it's expired? Just an observation and I wondered if other games copy this too?
