Item help on e-tailer marketplace

Hi,

Trying not to disclose the name of the shop i sold something on a e-tailers marketplace this morning and dispatched the item about an hour ago. I can't seem to find how to tell my account that the items been dispatched.

Any help would be appreciated, can't find anything on their help section to suggest what i should do.

btw it's the river site (please feel free to edit this if deemed inappropriate).

no one had any experience selling stuff on the marketplace?

sorry to be bothersome but it's really annoying me and customer support closed at 5 :<
