itouch and customize

when i use the app on my itouch, customize, it shows the spicy chicken logo but after 5 seconds, the logo closes and goes back to the main menu....ive downloaded a couple of images things like baseball ones and nfl but nothing happens :confused:

how do i find these images and things please

...is there anyway to get any other images on to it to have as a theme or wallpaper??

Try Summerboard - and first try the PlainJainDim (or PlainJain if you think the icons are too "transparent")

That works for a JailBroken iPod Touch now... (look under installer and in the category System)

not sure if anyone can answer this ......a few days back on the jailbreak thread i saw someones touch, which had a great background, it was a black background with a white/silver apple logo, if anyone knows the name of that background, that would be great thanks

ive got one of them off the site

i have it as my wallpaper, as the pic syncs to my photos, is there anyway of having it as the theme too??

I assume you know how to access the files on the Touch?

If so, create a new folder on your desktop, MyTheme or something, put the wallpaper in there and save it as Wallpaper.png

Anyway, once you have that, navigate to /var/root/library/SummerBoard/Themes and drop you folder in there.

It should now appear in the SummerBaord theme list.

To get it as the lock screen wallpaper;

Navigate to /Library/Wallpaper and drop it in there, following the naming convention, copy and paste it and rename one to include the .thumbnail extension.

You can now select your wallpaper from the main settings.
