iTouch transfer to pc

can anyone tell me if there is a way to transfer all your songs from an itouch to itunes, not just the purchased ones, I want to keep all the ones i've installed from CDs

Not easily. iPods (including the "iPod Touch") are not designed to transfer back the way.
