Two possible reasons I can think of a) because it doesn't involve the newer 45nm CPUs and a PCI-E 2.0 compliant motherboard or b) because benjo wanted to say "it fails".
It is a pretty decent specification although for personal choice I'd drop one of the hard drives, buy an aftermarket cooler and possibly change case/PSU but it is really just down to personal preference.

4GB of memory should be more than enough unless editing large photos/videos, Better motherboards for overclocking can be had for less than the one you picked.
Obviously these are just my opinions, as I don't need to spend more than £400 to get a system that'll keep me happy for a few years.
PSU comes with case, but poor choice of mobo, and as soon as stock has come more freely to the UK, the yorkfeild will be better. 8GB RAM is OVERKILL, and depending on the res, you can drop down to a 8800GT
