It's Been a While! Assistance with a Spec Check

Hi Guys,

It's been a while since I've bought anything as I'm still running my trusty i7 920 260GTX SLI setup. So it's safe to stay that I'm a little out of touch

Could you please critique the below and offer any recommendations and or suggestions as appropiate:

Looks OK to me, do you have a budget in mind? If so we may be able to better Graphics Card if we can lower the spec on the Motherboard and Processor prices if that's OK. Otherwise you should be fine.

What's it going to be used for? That's a pretty mid range GPU to be fair.
