It's been a while. Cheap spec around the £400 mark

As you can see from my signature, my system is somewhat past its best

I'm a big fan of the total war warhammer 2 game but my system won't be able to cut it. Can you advise what would be a good upgrade? Would the corsair power supply still be of any use or are the more modern one be a better option?

Any help appreciated.
